Behavioral health webinar access: October 2026 findings

Compare registration costs and replay terms across clinical care, leadership, billing and other behavioral health roles.

By Hour Well Spent editorial · Snapshot October 15, 2026 · Window through November 14, 2026

10 upcoming standalone webinars in our approved catalog at this snapshot. This is our selected sample, not a census of behavioral health education. A role with no options here may have useful webinars elsewhere.

Free education still has access conditions

8 of 10 reviewed events advertise education at no charge. One has a member/nonmember price difference; one requires paid registration. The saved access statement is explicit for every event in this sample. Free does not mean anonymous access: host registration, an account or separate broadcast enrollment can still be required. The event-by-event table preserves those conditions.

These categories describe admission to the reviewed live education, not every possible expense. They do not establish membership cost, credit eligibility, taxes, certificate fees or replay inclusion. Follow the review before committing.

A live registration is not a replay promise

At the snapshot, 9 events have unconfirmed recording access, and 1 is explicitly live-only. A promised future recording and a currently accessible recording are different. This sample contains future live webinars; it does not assess the separate on-demand library.

Which roles have choices in this sample?

One webinar can serve several roles. These counts overlap and must not be added to reconstruct the 10-event sample.

Use the role links for the current selection. Snapshot counts stay dated even as events start or new reviews are added.

How we made this snapshot

  1. Started with the webinars individually reviewed for the Hour Well Spent selection. Discovered events still awaiting editorial review were excluded.
  2. Included standalone live webinars that had not started at October 15, 2026 at 2:20 PM Eastern and whose event date is no later than November 14, 2026. Excluded conferences, conference sessions, recordings, held events and expired live listings.
  3. Used the saved audience, price/access, schedule and recording review for each event. Source evidence dates range from 2026-10-01 to 2026-10-12. Creating this analysis did not re-inspect the hosts or advance those dates.
  4. Assigned access categories explicitly from each saved price statement. “Free education” means the stated live admission is free; it does not establish professional credit eligibility or a free recording. “Price depends on membership” keeps the nonmember price visible. Missing costs stay unconfirmed.
  5. Counted each event once. Role coverage uses the saved editorial role assignments; roles overlap. Presenter affiliations and sponsors do not establish endorsement or independent proof of vendor claims.

The sample is small and selected for our readers. It cannot estimate market-wide availability, compare provider quality or establish that a role has no education options. Host terms may change after the original review.
