How this index is built

The organizations we track, how listings are read and checked, and which sources we cannot read yet.

Launch coverage

We are starting with a small selection for billing and compliance teams. This is not a complete census of available training. Each public session has an explicit editorial review; automated discovery alone does not publish it. Past events disappear unless the host explicitly advertises a recording.

Sources

We track 38 organizations: federal training networks, member associations, accreditation bodies, EHR and revenue cycle vendors, and the app companies selling into each role. New sources are found by following links outward from known producers rather than from a fixed list. Any vendor selling into a role is treated as a likely producer of training for that role.

Reading and checking

Structured event data published by the host is read first, because it is unambiguous and traceable. Where a host publishes none, the listing is read by hand. Public listings show the date of editorial review and link to the supporting host page. Nothing is taken from a search result or a press release.

Relevance and roles

Sources that serve all of healthcare are filtered to behavioral health by content, not assumed; sessions on palliative care or wound management are dropped even when the host is one we track. Role tags come from a plain keyword rule that can be read and corrected, not from a black box.

What we cannot see

Of 38 tracked organizations, 18 can be read automatically today.
